Mario and Sonic Argue Mario and Sonic Argue

Rated 4 / 5 stars

The Mario was kinda weak, but that's a hard voice to do.
Though the sonic was spot on, you sounded just like him :)

What's with the panning?

I don't know if it's just my headphones, but I can only hear it in the left.
Good job anyhow, it has a very traditional "7 seas" sounds to it.

I like it, although I'd lay off the reverb a little. It makes it sound kinda like it's being played in a church or something, doesn't do your beautiful harmonies much justice.
Great effort! :)

Seiku21 responds:

Heh, Thank you for the Advice. I'll lay the Reverb aside for my next work^^;

I love the intro, it's perfect. This really sets the mood for an adventure. It's not too dynamic and the tempo is just right, making it sort of like a fantasy theme. The consistant piano sounds great, and the rest of the instumentals make it perfect. This is one of the best pieces of audio I've seen on Newgrounds for a while.
Well done <3

It was a little cheesy, and there doesn't seem to be much effort put into this. It was ok though.

Sounds great

I like the intro, it sounds sweet, although after the fade it could do with something to fill the gap until the main tune. It kinda divides it into two seperate tracks. The main tune itself is pretty good, but it it ends all of a sudden.

Yeah, quite heavy.

But not too heavy for my tastes :P
To be honest, i don't think you need to update the drums they sound good. It's a little repetative but that's ok. I don't like that wierd percussice sound FX you use, it sounds a little tacky and spoils the song. The main riff is awsome.

GoreBastard responds:

Cheers man. When I make it into the full song, it won't go on for as long. This will be the intro riff, then when it's played through once, it will turn into some seriously fast as fuck grindgore shit!
Cheers for listening mate.

A little boring, but good.

What you have sounds good, but it's all the same until it really kicks in, then it sounds really good from there on. There's nothing really that makes this track interesting or fun to listen to for most of the way through. Although there are a few individual parts that sound spot on. There's a bit too much contrast as well, if you change the sound of something, you shouldn't do it so quickly.

Pretty good

I think towards the start, the percussion doesn't really go too well with the melodie, but it makes up for it later in the track. I loved the opening of the song, it reminded me a little of reggea. I like how the song transforms it's self slowly from a nice soft tune to a dynamic one, with a very full texture.

I absolutely love the percussion in this track, it's quite complex and does not lose the basis of a great beat. The melodie is very catchy, it's one of those "must tap your toe" kinda things. xD
I like the slowness of this track as well, it's pretty relaxing.
